Colin Laird FTTIA, FAIA is one of Trinidad and Tobago foremost contemporary architects with over sixty years experience in the field of architecture and urban design and planning and has been listed as one of the top 300 architects in the world.
A Chaconia Gold Medal Winner, his many projects completed over the decades throughout Trinidad and Tobago have transformed the spaces in which they exist. The Hasely Crawford Stadium, The National Library and Queen’s Hall are some of his signature works.
Bill Agard graduated from Loughborough University in 1960 as a Civil Engineer and worked with Howard Humphrey’s and Sons -Consulting Engineers ,UK, until 1968. He joined David Key and Partners in 1968 (Later CEP Ltd) designing and supervising civil works in Trinidad,Tobago,Grenada, Barbados and Dominica.
Large Infrastructural Projects consisting of road works,drainage works and sewerage works were designed for Mt Irvine Developments and Bacolet Developments in Tobago, Fort Jeudy Developements in Grenada,Pax Vale and El Guamal Developments in Santa Cruz and Darwill Developments, Arima, Trinidad.
Mr Agard is a registered Engineer with the Board of Engineering and a Fellow of the Association of Professional Engineers of T&T (F.A.P.E.)
Sebastien Paddington BSc., MUP, MTTSP, PMCIP is the Managing Director of International Project Initiatives Ltd. Prior to taking on this role, he was REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT (Caribbean) of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff (formerly GENIVAR) and responsibilities included the general overseeing of the operations of the Caribbean Group as well as business development initiatives throughout the region. He has over 15 years of regional and international experience in a large variety of infrastructural and built development projects throughout the Caribbean. Many of these projects have generated innovative technical, sociological and economic mechanisms for integrated designs, inclusive of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), which have been successfully implemented. Mr. Paddington is also the former Vice president of the Trinidad and Tobago Society of Planners (T&TSP).

Mr. Sagar BSc., MSc., PMP, R. Eng. graduated from the University of the West Indies with a BSc & MSc in Civil Engineering. With over 8 years of experience, he has been involved in a series of infrastructural projects throughout Trinidad and Tobago with WASA and was also instrumental in developing over 144 Residential Housing Lots and 20 Commercial Lot sites with Home Construction Ltd. Nicholas provides core project management and engineering services to Hope Estate and brings new best practice perspectives that compliment the established development philosophy. Mr. Sagar is a registered engineer with the board of engineering.
