What are the various payment options?

PHASE 3 PURCHASE OPTIONS

 The following purchase options are only available for lots being bought in Phase 3, Hope Estate.

 

 OPTION 1: 8% DISCOUNT

The Purchaser shall pay the purchase price of the said lot as follows:-

  • 10% on signing the commitment letter
  • 10% on the signing of the agreement to purchase; then
  • The balance of 80% of the purchase price on or before ninety (90) days from the date of the Agreement.

 OPTION 2: 4% DISCOUNT

The Purchaser shall pay the purchase price of the said lot as follows:-

  • 10% on signing the commitment letter
  • 10% on signing the agreement to purchase
  • 30% on completion of basic earthworks as certified by the Project Manager
  • 25% on completion of electrical and communication infrastructure as certified by the Project Manager
  • 20% on completion of water and sewer infrastructure as certified by the Project Manager
  • 5% on completion certificate from the local health authority”

 OPTION 3:

The Purchaser shall pay the purchase price of the said lot as follows:-

  • 10% on signing the commitment letter
  • 10% on signing the agreement to purchase
  • 80% on completion certificate from the local health authority”

To which company are payments made?

Depending on the particular plot, payments are to be made to either Tobago Land Holdings Ltd or to Hope Bay Ltd.

Can payments be made in USD rather than TTD and if so what is the exchange rate that would be used?

Yes. Payments can be made in USD rather than TTD. The exchange rate that would be used is the floating rate of the day of the transfer of the funds.
